Everyone knows traffic school is boring and my guess is, you’re not taking this course by choice. Luckily, Improv Traffic School exists. It was created by a group of Hollywood comedians and their main goal was to make the course entertaining by mixing in some comedy. It was a good idea because it worked pretty well! But the heck with that, is it FAST?! Yes, it is. There are no course timers with this online traffic school and they broke it up into 6 simple sections. You can complete it all at once or split it up over time since they keep track of your place. But why split it up when you can have it done in an hour (easily!). If you’re looking for a fast course with some humor mixed in, give this one a try.
Effective September 1, 2012, all DMV approved traffic violator schools are required to submit certificates of traffic school completion electronically to the Court. Therefore, hard copy completion certificates are no longer issued or required to be submitted to the Court. Only one conviction in any 18-month period will be held confidential and not show on your driving record if you complete a traffic violator school program. If you decide not to attend traffic school or fail to complete traffic school by the due date the following will occur:

If you meet the qualifications and want to attend Traffic School, complete the bottom remittance portion of your bail notice to request traffic school and send to the traffic clerk's office at 500 County Center in Redwood City along with a check or money order made payable to the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo. The Court will mail the necessary forms and information to the address indicated on your notice. You must sign the forms and return them to the Court. You will be given 60 days to complete traffic school.
If you currently hold a Commercial Driver's License, Class A, B, or C, or if you held CDL when the citation was issued, traffic school cannot be used to mask a driving offense per Tennessee Code Annotated §55-10-301(c); Code of Federal Regulations 49 C.F.R. §384.226. This means that State and Federal law mandate that, all traffic violations received by holders of a Commercial Drivers License, with the exception of a parking ticket, must be reported to the State Department of Safety, without exception.
My, how things have changed. While common sense driving and basic driving rules probably have not changed much since you got your first driver license, there are certain issues that are specific to certain decades. For example, if you got your license 20 years ago or more, cell phone use wasn’t as big of an issue as it is currently since most drivers now have one.Distracted driving is an ever growing problem which has eclipsed driving under the influence of alcohol. The latest statistics show that over 400,000 auto crashes were caused by distracted drivers using their cell phones. Also, every year state and local legislatures pass a myriad of new traffic laws that can affect your driving privileges. So as you can see, traffic school may have many positive benefits.

All issued tickets will have a financial penalty associated with them, and the fines in California are some of the highest in the country, ranging into hundreds of dollars. Some tickets will also include having points placed on your record. While non-moving violations and failed equipment will not earn you any points, moving violations come with a penalty of 1 or 2 points depending on the infraction.
